    Not Bad
Originally purchased this to help with my plantar fasciitis, but I have big feet (size 13) so it was pretty difficult to squeeze my toes in the slipper. But if you have smaller feet, it should work perfectly.

    Awesome
I am not saying this solves my high arch supination issue but it sure supports working out tension of my feet . I’m doing pt to build ankle strength and this is helpful for those exercises. My friends that try them love them. It helped me post airport and on wood and tile floors adapt to situations especially morning foot tightness. Easy to clean.

Helps to improve balance and exercise your calves
I decided to order these YOUTHBELIEF Arch Support Exerciser shoes to help with balance and to work-out my calves. It comes with the half shoes, a hard spiked ball and a product instruction page that has 4 exercises for strengthening and stretching the foot and calves. When I first put them on they definitely feel weird, for lack of a better word, but as time progresses that feeling dissipates. They are a little uncomfortable cause the material is hard, but after wearing them for a period of time they feel like my foot is getting a work-out. They definitely help with balance and I love the challenge of doing exercises with them. Once taken off I feel like my feet have gotten a good work-out so I will continue to wear them around the house.I find them easy to walk around in but my husband struggled to walk with them. I am not sure if it was his feet being larger (size 11) or his lack of interest in trying something new that affected his results. They were easy for him to get into and they definitely fit him, so I am going to attribute it to his lack of effort to try something new.If you are up for the challenge and want to work on balance, foot strengthening and a good calf work-out then these are the shoes for you. Give them a try!

    Love
Good material and really stretch your feet

    Good arch exercise equipment
These are great but I would not recommend them for beginners since they require quite a lot of arch strength to wear for more than a minute.Start with wearing these for 1-5 minutes at a time and walking around. If that is too painful then you need to do other exercises for your arches before you can use these.I have transitioned to minimalist shoes a couple years back and can wear these around the house for about 20 minutes before my arches get really tired.Only annoying thing about these is how hard it is to get the toes between the separators because the separators are super soft and squishy, wish they were a little more rigid.

    Too hard
Product claims it’s for plantar fasciitis. I found it to be very hard on the arch and made the heel pain worse.

One size does not fit all
They are definitely well made, I got these for my husband because he has had foot pain for a long time now and I was hoping these would help him. But he has large feet, he’s up to a 15 shoe now and to get them on was a definite struggle, even after he took the toe separators out of them. It he did manage to get his foot most of the way in and had them on for a while and he said he could feel the stretching so if they were just bigger they probably would have been a big help. He did like the spiky massage ball though, that seemed to help.

I felt some pain using them, but they do work
I felt some pain using them, as they stretch some muscles here and there but they do work and help with some discomfort from heal spurs. The ball seemed to hurt the most for me and didn’t work as well..General this should fit most people, but I will say I wear a Size 14 medium in shoes and they are a little tight on me.Hard to get my pinky toe in them.So I would say if your any size bigger then a 14 medium, it may not fit you properly. The squishy gel material that holds your toes in place attracts alot of dirt from the floor as you walk, you may want to rinse under water the gel part only after every use and air dry just the gel part of course before you use them again.
