About RAM

Note 100A with 8GB of RAM(4GB physical + 4GB virtual). By default, the phone is set to 4GB. To expand the memory, please go to Settings > Memory Expansion > Set Virtual Memory. This will activate the additional 4GB of virtual memory.

About VoLte Whitelist Enable

1. Enter “*#*#83781#*#*” on the phone dial pad

2. Click “VoLTE/VoWIFI Settings”

3. Turn on “VoLte Whitelist Enable”

4. Click “OK”

5. Restart the phone

If the carrier is not compatible, please try to add APN information manually.
